Duality in furniture is brilliant, opening up dormant pieces of furniture to a completely new world of use. Close proximity living and an inherent desire for value are two things that come up rather frequently when living as a student or in a city context. That’s why, awesome design pieces like this table and shelf combo are awesome.
Thought up by Katarina Mijic in a wood workshop whilst studying architecture in Paris, the nifty little piece is built out of 11 seperate pieces (by my count) that lock in to one another resulting in a sturdy piece.
Take my money!
