Great leaders are great sifters: they manage to sort through the
“rubble” and are able to quickly separate the gems from the rough
diamonds from the cut glass from the dirt. They then put the gems on a
pedestal, remind the rough diamonds what they are made of and help them
shine-up, show the cut glass how to grow up and become semi-precious stones and
throw away the dirt that was weighing everyone down…
