As our regular readers know, we like to keep Fridays simple. So much so that we are in the process of joinging forces with another blog to turn Fridays into creative days or stay at home. We have started here at UWS. Transition.XY & TwentySix already have joined us.
To help inspire and create, TwentySix have created “Lunch is on us Friday” so the crew can gossip amongst each other on the company budget. Nice.
TwentySix have taken our lead on this and made Fridays optional. Come in or dont come in. It is up to the individual however if you do come in, you better be creative and contribute something amazing. Surely if you are not, should you really be here anyway? Simply. No.
The take away for us at UWS. Not one person has opted to stay at home on a Friday. Maybe its the free lunch. But we all know its the feeling of ownership and creating something amazing with a platform to do so.
