Market research can be conducted in so many ways. Google (yeah I know, again right) has kept market research simple and direct with a handy cam and a man on streets of New York. The responses are breath taking. Buy a handy cam, invest an hour a month into this type of market research and suddenly its not you talking, telling or asking. Its your customers.
